THE PROJECT

Multimediadesign main thesis: This project focused on how a traditional bookstore could maintain its relevance in a digitalized world while delivering a unique and personalized customer experience. We developed a digital platform that captured the essence of a physical bookstore’s atmosphere and advisory roles, allowing customers to explore, discover, and engage with books as they would with knowledgeable staff. We designed the store’s visual identity to reflect its core values and differentiate it from competitors, ensuring consistent branding across both digital and offline platforms. Through interactive content and engagement strategies on digital media, we aimed to increase customer loyalty and brand awareness. Additionally, we explored integrating AI technologies to enhance and optimize our processes.
